Rabbit Creek Church student ministries welcomes students, grades 6th-12th, into an environment of biblical discipleship where they are equipped to reach out to the world around them with the love of Christ while looking upward to develop a worldview centered on biblical truth.
Sundays On Sunday mornings our students participate in worship at either the Rabbit Creek Church Hillside campus or Huffman campus. This is a very deliberate choice focused on engaging with an inter-generational body of believers. They worship, learn and give as a part of their larger family of faith. These relationships are key to growing into their own faith and feeling the power of the larger body of Christ. Tuesday Small Groups Students meet every Tuesday during the school year for activities, worship, bible study and prayer groups. These groups will be either age and gender separated for deep discussion, or randomly generated to build understanding and relationship depending on the semester. These groups meet at 12-100 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm [optional dinner beginning at 5:30 pm]. Our small groups are currently using literature by StudentLife.
Annual Happenings Mystery Trip Each fall we take a mystery trip that is just that, a mystery. The focus of this trip is always group growth and relationship building. The trips vary from 1 day to 2 nights. Parents with children participating receive a briefing on trip details once students are loaded onto trip transportation. Mission Trips & Camp Each year our students participate in a combination trip that involves them in discipleship, team building, tons of fun and important mission work. This 14-day trip generally occurs during the first two weeks of June. RCC Outfitters Each summer we take an extended trip to celebrate the wonderful place where we get to live. In the past we’ve hiked Resurrection Pass, Johnson’s Pass and Caine’s Head. Gear is available and trained wilderness medical experts are a part of these trips.
